We accept all forms of Paypal, including credit and debit cards and echecks along with funded Paypal. If you wish to pay with a credit or debit card, please choose the Credit/Debit card option at checkout. We will invoice you for a secure payment transaction using your card through Paypal. There is no charge to use Paypal when sending a payment.
We will also accept your timely money order. At this time we accept POSTAL money orders only. If you plan to pay with money order, please print the invoice that appears at the end of your checkout and send with your payment. I will hold your purchase for 1 week from the checkout date before returning the items to inventory for no payment received. If you need additional time, just email me - I'm happy to make exceptions when we can work together.
Insurance is optional. We make every effort to package our items securely and in appropriate fitting packaging, but sometimes things get damaged en route. Please take that into consideration when ordering a gift item. We do not offer refunds or credits on items which were not insured. If you would like insurance on your package, please contact us prior to making payment so that we may properly invoice you.
Returns & Refunds
Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on soap items. If you feel that your purchase was misrepresented or did not meet your expectations, please email us. We have had 100% positive feedback as sellers because we strive to make our customers happy.
We understand allergies all too well! We have listed all ingredients used in each individual soap on our COOKBOOK page. If you suffer from allergies or are purchasing soap for someone with allergies, please be sure to check the ingredient listing for that soap. If you have any questions at all, please email me. As with any skin care product, if any irritation at all occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Most Blue House Soaps customers are pleasantly surprised to find that their purchases ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. While we strive to ship as quickly as possible, please allow 5 business days for shipment of your purchase.
We strive to offer the most affordable shipping that we can. At this time we ship USPS. Most orders which total $8.59 or greater will be shipped via USPS Priority. If you would like to make special arrangements regarding your shipping, please email us in advance.
We ship according to purchase total. Our current shipping chart for U.S. shipment is as follows:
1 bar = $1.99
Each bar thereafter is 75 cents additional.
Purchase 4 or more bars and shipping is a flat rate of $4.05
We offer Delivery Confirmation FREE of charge for customers who pay via electronic funds (Paypal, credit or debit cards, echeck). If you are sending a money order and would like delivery confirmation on your package, please add an additional 55 cents to your total.
We welcome international customers to shop in our store. Please be advised that we charge our international customers actual shipping. Upon checkout, you will be charged shipping based on US delivery. We will then invoice you for the difference of shipping to your actual destination.
Our home is pet and smoke free due to allergies. Your packing material may be recycled, but it is always clean and allergen-free.
We are happy to ship items to a 3rd party. When checking out, you will have the option to enter an alternate SHIP TO address. If you would like a gift card included FREE of charge, please make that notation in the message box upon checkout.
